Phase 2 continues in development presently and will include:
Interactive, lifestyle intervention courses on a variety of topics such as controlling hypertension, dealing with stress, healthy cooking, lowering cholesterol levels, smoking cessation, preventing diabetes and metabolic syndrome, and becoming more physically active.
Those enrolled in the courses will have the opportunity to connect with health coaches to encourage them with their PositiveChoices.
