Yes, Kids Can Slim Down!

Twelve year old Marshall Reid, a sixth grader from North Carolina is setting a fabulous example. At one point his BMI was 32.3, decidely obese. He decided he wanted to change and embarked on what he calls “Portion Size Me.” The plan has worked! In the process, he had to learn to cook his own healthy dishes. He has now written a book with his mother called, Portion Size Me: A Kid-Driven Plan to a Healthy Family. The whole family is enjoying better health.
