Southern U.S. Reports Least Physical Activity

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has revealed that adults living in the South (Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee) are most likely to report zero leisure-time physical activity. These areas with the lowest rates of non-work exercise also showed the highest rates of obesity and diabetes.

PositiveTip: Y’all need to get up and get some good physical activity every day! This applies no matter where you live.
