Dominique Wakefield

Dominique Wakefield is the Fitness & Programs Manager at the new Health & Wellness Center at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and approved instructor through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). She has worked at fitness centers, the corporate wellness setting and taught at university for over ten years. Dominique is currently working on her 'Professional Doctorate in Health' through the University of Bath, England. Her studies and research center on physical fitness and lifestyle change through exercise, nutrition and healthy behaviors. She is the founder of SDA Fitness & Wellness Professionals Association (http://sdafitness.webs.com/), a network of health & fitness professionals within the Adventist Church. Dominique is a passionate, energetic and innovative health & fitness enthusiast.
