More than 380 million eggs recalled due to Salmonella outbreak.

Centers for Disease Control (CDC) observed a four-fold increase over the usual in cases of Salmonella enteritidis this summer. The source has been isolated to eggs produced by Wright County Egg of Iowa packaged under the following brands: Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph’s, Boomsma’s, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms and Kemps.

PositiveTip: Don't eat recalled eggs (return them for a refund), discard cracked or dirty eggs, cook your eggs until white and yolk are firm, eat promptly, and avoid dishes made with raw or undercooked eggs.
